Do you offer sample doors?

Absolutely. RTA cabinets are an excellent choice for professional projects, including new construction, remodeling, multifamily developments, rental properties, and commercial spaces. Their high-quality construction, faster lead times, and cost-effective pricing make them a popular option among contractors, builders, designers, and property investors. Do you ship to my state?

We ship anywhere within the continental United States to both residential and commercial addresses. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to pull items from stock and prepare your order for shipment.

Can i pick up my order?

Yes. Local pickup is available at the warehouse located at 5660 Rising Sun Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19120. Most orders are ready for pickup within 12–24 hours after they have been placed and confirmed. What payment methods can I use?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept business checks. Orders paid by business check will be processed once the payment has cleared.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Returns are accepted for eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. All return requests require prior authorization from Cabinet Rush. Certain items, including factory-assembled products and special-order items, may not be eligible for return. Exchanges may be available for eligible products, subject to product availability and approval. Cabinets and oversized items (over 90 inches in any dimension) must be returned on pallet(s) via a freight carrier. Returns that are not properly palletized may be refused, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Approved refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping, restocking, or other authorized fees. Bank and credit card processing times may vary, and it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been approved.

All products, pricing, specifications, finishes, and availability are subject to change without notice. Product images, colors, and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. dollars.

Prices do not include:

Sales tax, where applicable

Assembly fees
Installation services
Special handling charges

5. Complimentary 3D Design Services

Cabinet Rush offers complimentary 3D kitchen, bathroom, and laundry design services.

Design renderings, floor plans, and recommendations are provided for visualization purposes only and should not replace professional field measurements, contractor verification, or architectural plans.

Customers are solely responsible for:

Verifying all measurements and dimensions
Confirming product selections
Ensuring product suitability for their project

IMPORTANT:

All design renderings and layouts are subject to customer review and approval. By approving a design, the customer acknowledges that all measurements, dimensions, and product selections have been verified and accepted as accurate. Cabinet Rush shall not be liable for any design errors, measurement discrepancies, installation issues, or resulting damages after customer approval, regardless of whether the error originated from information provided by the customer or from a design prepared by Cabinet Rush.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Typical lead times include:

Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) Cabinets: Up to 10 business days
Factory-Assembled Cabinets: Approximately 10–14 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Manufacturer delays
Freight carrier issues
Weather conditions
Distance between the warehouse and the delivery address
Supply chain disruptions
Circumstances beyond our control

Cabinet Rush shall not be liable for delivery delays.

7. Delivery Inspection Requirements

IMPORTANT:

The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery to inspect all products and packaging. A signature is required to accept the shipment. By signing the delivery receipt without noting any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies, the customer acknowledges that the shipment was received in good condition. Claims for theft, damage, shortages, or missing items that are not documented at the time of delivery may be denied.

Any visible damage, shortages, or missing items must be:

Noted on the delivery receipt
Photographed immediately
Reported to Cabinet Rush within 24 hours of delivery

If no one is present to inspect the delivery, Cabinet Rush reserves the right to deny claims for concealed damage, product loss, or shortages.

8. Local Pickup

Pickup orders are available by appointment only after the order has been placed and confirmed.

The warehouse is not open to the general public.

Orders must be picked up within five (5) days after notification of availability. Beginning on the sixth (6th) day, storage fees of $75 per day may apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Cabinet Rush.

9. Returns and Cancellations

All return requests require prior authorization.

Returned products must:

Be unused
Be uninstalled
Be unassembled
Be in the original packaging
Be in resalable condition

IMPORTANT:

Factory-assembled cabinets, custom products, special-order items, clearance items, discontinued products, and modified products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

IMPORTANT:

Shipping charges, delivery fees, assembly fees, and other service charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests are subject to manufacturer policies and may be subject to restocking or cancellation fees.

10. Cabinet Door Samples

Eligible cabinet door samples include free shipping and may be fully refundable with the purchase of a qualifying kitchen cabinet order, subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.

11. Manufacturer Warranty

Products sold by Cabinet Rush are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

Cabinet Rush does not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly offered by the manufacturer.

Warranty claims are subject to:

Product inspection
Proof of purchase requirements

12. Installation Disclaimer

Cabinet Rush does not provide installation services unless expressly stated.

Improper assembly, installation, handling, or modification of products may void manufacturer warranties.
