Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping Policy
We ship throughout the continental United States, with most orders processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped via LTL freight carriers, or by local delivery for customers located within a 50-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Assembled cabinetry may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at 5660 Rising Sun Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19120 after your order has been placed and confirmed. This location is available for pickup orders only and is not open to the general public.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within a 50-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA.
Shipping Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for large freight trucks when applicable. All deliveries are curbside only, unless otherwise specified.
Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, and report any concealed damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. We currently ship only within the continental United States and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear photos to support your claim.
Eligible exchange requests will be reviewed promptly, and approved replacement items will be processed as quickly as possible. Some replacement items may require additional production time.
For all approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for returning the original item(s) to the designated return location. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise approved by Cabinet Rush. Certain exceptions may apply.
Customers who purchase Shipping Protection at checkout will receive a 50% discount on the shipping cost of eligible replacement items.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Eligible claims are resolved through replacement parts or product exchanges only, in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy. Please review the full policy or contact our customer service team before requesting a return or exchange.
